Who we are

Chhavi Health & Educational Society (CHES) is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, at D201, M2K Flat, Victoria Gardens, Azadpur, Delhi 110033. For any question about this notice, write to chhavisociety1987@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you submit the partnership enquiry form, we collect your name, your organisation, your email address, the partnership area you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. We collect nothing else, and the site does not ask you to create an account.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about a possible partnership. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Who can see it

Submissions are delivered to CHES by email and are read by Dr. Sanjeev Arora and Raghav Anand. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as the partnership conversation is live, and for up to three years afterwards for our own records. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent to our holding it. Email chhavisociety1987@gmail.com and we will act on the request within 30 days. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer respond to your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. We measure aggregate page visits in order to understand which pages are useful; that measurement does not identify individual people.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
